 Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is to oversee the operational activities at every level of the Organization.
  • As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Also, you are expected to engage the employees to their highest productivity level in the Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Formulating Strategic and Operational objectives
  • Performing quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost effective way
  • Implementing operational management systems.
  • Implementing Performance appraisals for the effectiveness of employees.
  • Purchasing materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Finding ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
  • Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals

Requirements/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any other related field
  • 3-5 years proven work experience as Operations Manager
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with Business and Financial principles
  • Leadership Ability
  • Knowledge of Organizational effectiveness and Operations Management
