- Proactively approach customers to promote and sell the bank’s SME products as well as other bankservices.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities.
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required.
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
