Requirements
- A B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 2 – 3 years of experience working as an HR Officer, and HR Administrator.
- Previous experience within the facility management industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, HR operations, etc.)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
